this is the breaking point in 'stationto station' - bowie's greatest album...the moment when the thin white duke stops being a fascist - and accepts his place in a world of vulnerable, sexually ambiguous, addictively dangerously lonely people...in short - bowie as duke becomes bowie as bowie - circa 1976....
