Absolutely beautiful! I am a 16 year old soprano and am planning to pursue a career in classical voice/opera. My nonno cut out the article that was just published about you and showed it to me a few moments ago. Best of luck, you certainly have the brains and the voice to lead you to stardom!

To give you hope, hear this old guy sing at "Scottish Tenor Stonehenge" on YT. I got drafted out of grad school & did not sing for 25+ years. I started back in my late 50's doing nothing but the most simple/basic vowels work from the old Bel Canto school. I was just asked to be the tenor in a 10th Anniversary performance of 911 of the Verdi Requiem. The conductor knows people from 5 local companies, 1 major, but chose me. "Una Furtiva/Ideale were in concert at 60. Nessum Dorma/E lucevan at 63.

Saw this and "An die ferne geliebte". Very nice natural voice and still subdued talent in interpreting and expressing the text.. Not an immediate vocal revelation, but one that may well develop into a great voice in the next couple of years. Hope he sticks to his own tempo an doesn't turn into a hyperactive villazon-type.

Lovely voice my boy. You must find a teacher who can help you w/covering in the passaggio or you will never be a tenor or grow the instrument. The secret is in the vowel change. Good luck!!!

Thanks for the comment and I'm totally with you. This performance took place over a year ago and I'm hoping to get some more recent stuff on YouTube. It's been a really good year in terms of my vocal development and I am beginning to understand how to negotiate the passaggio and access the upper voice. It's not without it's struggles but the improvement has been noticed by my coaches and colleagues.
