Here is a layout update, first one in 5 months.
Summary:
New spur for the MOW train
Fixed speed problems and got everything re speed matched.
Cleaned up a little
Change the way things operate a little
Made my 3 bay hopper into a ballast car

@108chicken it kept derailing every thing. Like I'd start a train going on the loop and first time it would derail an engine. Next time maybe a car, next time a different car. I even tried relaying the track.
