I love to see this kind of traditional knowledge shared widely. It's so very rare. The majority of the dvds you can buy these days are bland, bare bones wushu forms from the Shaolin temple. They don't teach any form of power generation of applications of the attacks. These days, the Shaolin temple relies on kickboxing for its applications. This makes an authentic traditional kung fu teaching like this a real treasure and something we're lucky to have in this day and age.
