I have the original cassette when I heard this song I was taken away. Man I so missed listening this song. Thanks for the upload soulsista1220. You sure brought back old memories of en vouge. I can not wait to see more of your videos.

I miss the original. I bought the cd years ago because the tape I had is worn OUT! They changed this and Hip Hop Lover. There was nothing wrong with the originals. NONE of their songs needed any type of change.

@soulsista1220 ..lol.. now I'm going to have to hunt for that same cassette....I'm so determined to find the one with the original version you had. When you bought it, was there anything distictive about the packaging that made it different than the second one you bought a couple of weeks later?

@daretosayit Lol. Yeah, yours is busier. This post is closer to the original. The one u sent me is the one from the second CASSETTE I bought when me and my friend were disappointed

@soulsista1220 ... The one I have actually sounds busier to me...lol. It has more percussion and what sounds like a flugelhorm or trumpet or something, plus a consistent extra beat that does throughout the song, and the instrumentation noise at the very very beginning that opens the song (right before the first time they say Love Don't Love You) also plays whenever there are transitions in the song... My goodness, if you cassette was different than what I'm sending, we'll have to hunt it down!

@soulsista1220 ... I bought my Funky Divas CD when it first came out - I wonder if the CDs now are remixed and remastered. I didn't even know the version you posted exited until yesterday...lol. @daretosayit Yeah, u might have to send me the version u have. It's probably the original one I had that I'm lookin for. This ones funky but a little too busy for me versus the original. This and "It Ain't Over" had more of a old school NYC hip-hop feel.

@soulsista1220....hehe, I was trying to be nice because I was also thinking 'I know I'm not crazy, what the..."...LOL - but I have to agree, the other version is way groovier. This one seems stripped down, some of the underlying music beats are missing as well as the extra cowbell sounding rhythms. I wonder if the cassette you had and the CD I have are the same - because my CD certainly sounds different than this. Do you have other version? If not, I can send you the one I have to compare.
