  • If I ever ran into you on the street, Id kick your fucking dick in........do the world a favor and jump off the nearest bridge while fucking your mother.

  • HAHAHAHAHAH!!! No seriously! You have me in stitches!!! Do you have any idea what it is you're saying!? When was the last time you looked in a dictionary?

debate - An argument, or discussion, usually in an ordered or formal setting, often with more than two people, generally ending with a vote or other decision.

argue - To debate, disagree, or discuss opposing or differing viewpoints.

They're one and the same!! You have now taken fundamentalism to the next level of imbecilic!! HOORAY!! HAHA!!

  • No. You're just not reading right (as usual XD). Let me make it more simple (as I always do).

Phase 1. - Jesus is preaching.

Phase 2. - Pharisees come in and give the trick question of the day.

Phase 3. - Jesus gives a reply that refutes them. Note that the Pharisees where bitter at the fact that they could not find a single fault in His counter-argument (the same how you fundamentalists are always bitter at being exposed XD).

    Thus, I conclude: Jesus debated.

  • What on earth are you talking about? I read my posts carefully and I have not said anything remotely contradictory. You must be seeing things. XD

  • I'm afraid your analysis is wrong. I already stated before, when the Pharisees presented their trick questions to Jesus He responded in ways that made it impossible for them refute. The goal of every debater is always to prove yourself right using solid and irrefutable arguments and facts. It's not that Jesus refused to argue with the Pharisees, it's because the Pharisees themselves could not refute Him in the very first round. It shows the divine nature of Christ's intellect! XD

  • *sighs* You're completely ignoring my posts now aren't you?

    Let's review shall we?

First, you tried to justify your redundant and erroneous reasoning by saying that 'Jesus didn't sit around and argue with people all day.' I countered by showing that in fact, He did. Instead of finding something that answers to that however, you chose present an irrelevant statement in a feeble attempt to change the topic. What are you trying to accomplish? XD

  • Again, you're not getting the point. This is why people are repeating the same thing over and over again to you and vice-versa. You never address the point at hand and instead try to run to another topic. As a result, people have drag your rear back to the original until you've given a sound rebuttal. XD

And no, rebuking is not showing error. The dictionary defines the term as a 'harsh criticism' not 'counter argument'. See? Even now you're trying to change the subject! XD

  • Rebuking is not debating. Debating, in a simplified concept, is having one party issuing a challenging argument and that argument stands till it's properly refuted. This is what Jesus did. His enemies gave Him trick questions and He responded in wise and logically powerful ways that made their position crumble thus they couldn't possibly repeat it. You on the other hand insist on repeating the same fallacies against our statements from the very beginning. In short, you're only parroting. XD

  • 'Jesus didn't sit around and argue with people all day.'

Okay now that is definitely a downright lie. Jesus' enemies were always monitoring him when he preached and they constantly heckled him with many ambiguous philosophical questions and challenges. To say that Jesus wasn't a debater is like saying the dinosaurs never existed (oh wait, I forgot fundamentalists are still debating on that XD).

  • Yet another example of the fundamentalist True Scotsman fallacy. Don't you all know any other song? XD
