  • @MikeyK1211 f u, leave long island you loser

  • F*ckin cranky other Long Islanders who voted no. If the Isles leave our precious Island, the world may as well have no meaning. Just kidding, we need to do something though.

  • @pineapplefrapple PSL's will never work for the islanders.. the nfl is a diffrent monster than other sports...

  • @pineapplefrapple i like the idea.. but nassau/hempstead wont sell that land to wang though.. ever... lol im from suffolk too.. and we couldnt even vote.. even though it will effect us suffolk music and sports fans more than most nassau residents... to see non baseball professional sports or music we will have to travel into manhattan. have you any idea how much it is to take a family of 4-5 to a ranger game let alone a knicks or nets game... or a concert at the garden or meadowlands?? insane

  • @pineapplefrapple What about Suffolk? Anyone who voted no IMO should just roll over and die. THIS IS NEW JOBS, NEW OPPORTUNITIES, AN ECONOMY FACELIFT...and it got voted down. They move farther out I won't be able to go to many games anymore...

  • @pineapplefrapple well when 40% were seniors going to bingo.. i can feel their pain. theyve been treated like they dont matter. a republican backed plans mean a not vote from dems and vice versa... thats just how it goes.. its a shame though that area is getting worse by the day.. business's closing crime rates rising a new building would give this part of long island a MUCH needed face lift. Soon hempstead will start creeping into your levittowns and massapequas.. lets see how you like that...

  • Well Billy Joel should be the first act, but if you sell it to them then nassau county will not make the 11.5% they would with this deal, a minimum of $14 mill a year even if the arena made 0 so mostl likely over 18 mill a year....see its not Wang its nassau county THEY WANT TO MAKE money off this dont fool yourself they want it funded. I dont get what you said in reference to "once you get over a certain agae how dare you participate in the democratic process." please explain.

  • You forgot Josh Bailey

  • I voted no.

  • this is the funniest shit ive ever seen in a while
