@ITAMrPink It could be slang for "bear" but i wouldn't be suprised if there is some ambiguity in here. Maybe it's a way to express whether you're sitting at the bar drinking either out of joy or out of sorrowfulness.

Can someone please explain me the meaning and reason of saying "bar" instead of bear? It is just pronunciation, or it has some peculiar motivation?
