love song piano cure .. tori amos

a piano version of love song by the cure .. heard a tori amos version and thought it cool so tried to play it by ear, its a cool song and many memories with that song

hi thanks glad you liked it, i too pick the treble/ vocals and then literally add the bass until i hear what sound like the original track, it just a case of trial and error when playing by ear .. and having the track close by to keep listening and stopping etc so you can keep trying. As you new to it it will take time, but it really will come naturally, good luck with it , and post some when you done them! x

I can always pick out the treble & vocals by ear but I never know what to do with the Bass. Have any tips? I may just have crappy hearing.

I'm sort of new to piano playing; I've read about scales and technique and I can read music but I haven't practiced for very long.
