I respect his hardcore training ethic, but don't like it. I like the more docile quiet type. Some need the screaming and throwing, I myself like an introvert approach to training. Screaming and throwing doens't get me pumped, I internalize that sort of energy. But hey, Branch looks better than I do, so he proves me wrong in a sense! ;)

@danreillo back in 85, in his 'post guest spot speech' at the British champs, Mohamed Makkawy said the olympia was a contest of drugs and the guy with the best ones will win. To work out for ourselves just how much a competitor 'relies' on or is supported by them, it would be interesting for them to tell us their dosages along with the usual stuff they are happy for us to believe are the really important stuff eg. grammes of protein, carbs etc, how many sets, etc.Would they do it? LOL!!!!!!
