I have a ipod touch 3rd generation. When i hook it up to itunes it tells me to unclock a passcode but i cant unlock it because it show connect to itunes symbol, like when you first get it.. So please help me.

So, I have an Ipod Touch 4g (64gb). I tried to jailbreak it & it worked at first, kind of. Now my Safari & Cydia (name of shitty jailbreak app) won't open & anything to do with Youtube won't load. Plus, when I tried to restore it, it said "error -3259"? Yes, I know I'm stupid, but still. Help Me. Please. ):
