This vid sucks, pitching is easy everyone has their own style the point is to push off with your back foot for more power and land your front foot just before you release the ball for an extra pump. the rest is your control and ball movement. Im 14 and 5'11 just starting to pitch seriously and train i play ss, Pitching is not that hard just train

what i did, and helped me a lot, was practicing my balance. i just did my kick up, and stopped there, and then just watch television on one leg.
my precision was so much better after practicing that! it really helps.

This video is so true. Staying balanced by limiting movement in your "load" phase makes your delivery and in turn your pitch much straighter to the plate. Highly recommended to anyone having trouble finding the plate.
