it's a song called "You Are The Only Place" which Josh only released in his "Hallmark Valentine" album. Someone uploaded the full recording here in YouTube before. But I dunno if it's still up since the breakdown of negotiations between Warner Records and YouTube. Warner has been pulling out youtube vids containing audio of their songs ever since.
