I voted for Prop 1 & 2, and just found out that they have failed. I don't understand why people just don't get it. If the police and fire departments are slow to respond to calls, people are outraged. But, they can't give 1/8 of a penny for the tools they need to do their job. I wish Cleburne would have sent out notices and made people more aware. I didn't know about it, until I asked someone who had a yard sign. Just like when they were voting for taxes for the streets. I did not vote for it b
