  • Poor Oiwa, rather then this being solely called a 'horror', I'd label this a tragedy. Oiwa never got to enter heaven after all.

  • Sounds like a Japanese version of Macbeth. But, it's hard to say. If I were Oiwa, would I curse the actors and directors for portraying a story about me that might actually be false?

... maybe, but, words themselves have powers. I also believe that it's people's words that really bound this entity called "Oiwa" and transform it into a curse.

It's like that Hungarian song on Black Sunday where people committed suicide after hearing it.

  • I love this story. Thanks for uploading!

  • It's not really made by the anime. It's an urban legend.

  • I'm fascinated by Japanese culture! Their history and legends are the best I've ever heard! It's impossible not to be captivated and want to find out more!
