G2 booting with CyanogenMod bootsplash and root?!

Yes, it's stock + bootanimation.zip but it's persistent, like Android on a HD2 (dual-boot). I'll post instructions, nothing amazing to see here.

1. Temp root

2. apply CM bootanimation.zip

3. install TB

4. adb shell stop

5. adb shell start

6. fake root video

Almost switched to tmobile for this phone. everything else they carry is fisher price garbage. I hope a real root comes.

@pconwe11 Well, you will have root after adb shell start, but you will loose root as soon as you do a proper reset
