Dani takes the stand. David gets her to tell her events of that night. When Kane's lawyer cross-examines her he gives her a hard time and Kane yells at him to stop. Dani begins arguing with Kane in court and the Prosecution finally gets her to admit she wanted him dead, much to the Sutherlands and Scott's dismay.
