-Food (preferably lobsters)
-Amulet of Magic
-Wizard Robes
-Air and Chaos Runes

All you need to do is stand where I was and cast the spell on the Tree Spirit. I didn't plan for that guy, Riku33, to show up by the way.

I was level 63. Mage was level 46, but the spell was wind bolt, so it's not a high level needed in mage. Another good way is range, if you have the fletching level for it. (I do)=P
