Blizzard the Dutch Bunny is shown snacking on apples and carrots. He is litter box trained and will sit in your lap and let you pet him. He is 7 years old. He does enjoy when we put the up the Christmas tree with a train running around it, he likes to chase it! May 2, 2010. Filmed by blizzard4800.

  • How much does your bunny weigh?

  • @flyfalcon91 I bought my dutch bunny he was black and white and we named him Bugs im very heart broken because we bought him on Thursday and he was doing great until we saw jelly like stuff coming out of his rear took him the vet right away and they told us he had Hepatic Coccidia we did the treatment but he died in my girlfriends arms the next afternoon we are just heart broken. Im taking my next bunny straight to the vet for check up so this does not happen again :(

  • @CheeseyChoffer JKust make sure to pet them alot from the start.

  • @flyfalcon91 ive had 3 dutch rabbits in my life and no of them bite my last one was house trained and lived indoors with us used to clime stairs and wait for to get back from work just be good to them and then will return the love 10 fold. :)

  • im getting mine next week and my girlfriend told me that they can be mean and bite but i think thats just on how you treat it right? and how did you litter box train it please help

  • @petmomful Cardboard is fine but dont have tape around any edges so she doesn't eat it

  • freakin adorable!

  • I adopted a 7 month old dutch rabbit from the shelter 2 days ago. Her name is Pippa. She is awesome, quite tame. We are taking it slow. My cats are fascinated by her and just stare at her all day! She is not frightened of them. She appears to be using the litter box okay. I can't wiat until I can let her run thru the house! Question, what kind of wood is safe for me to make her a "hidey house" out of? Everything just says "natural wood."

  • r dutch bunnies friendly?

  • @BlickEnforcer That is a dewlap. It is very normal. This rabbit is a tad bit overweight, but not to the point that it is unhealthy.
