Look people this is no longer a black - white issue, and hasn't been for a long time. Ray Higgins is taking you down a false path. ALL of America and most of the world as well have been made slaves, no matter what their color or culture. There is a ruling elite, and ALL of us have been made slaves to them. There is so much needed info that Ray does not even touch on, because he is skirting around the truth without actually telling the truth. Maybe he is ignorant, i don't know.
