This 1 bedroom loft at on Harrison between 5th & 6th is located very close to the 80/101 freeways yet still within walking distance of BART and Union Square. Situated on the top floor and facing south, it gets flooded with sunshine! It's also ideally postioned facing the courtyard rather than the street. Approximately 1000 square feet.

Built in 2000, this bi-level loft condominium has hardwood floors throughout. There's a fireplace in the living room, along with a sliding glass door leading to a private balcony. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops; there's also a breakfast bar and pantry. A washer and dryer is located upstairs off of the bedroom. A spiral staircase takes you up to the bedroom which is quite large and could accommodate a king size bed and additional furniture. Lots of closet space! A full bath is located off the bedroom and there is a half bath downstairs.

Garage parking is available in the building for $200 additional per month.

  • Good question! This loft has a 2nd door upstairs , which allows you to move in furniture without having to twist it up those stairs or hoist it over the mezzanine wall! You often see separate entrances upstairs in lofts of this style for moving purposes. Elevators often stop on this level too. Cheers, Tracy
