IN 1978 I put a control bar from a hang glider on a skateboard then got in a hangglider harness and had my brother pull me around behind his bike. then i built a unit with my go cart tires and it was getting better! I have created drawings of what I call the weight shift control kart. I have so much more to say, but dont have time right now. People that bash this new concept of a recreational sport are just to ignorant for my time!

and side note, there is no amount of money that can get me on this thing. i'll stick to my snowboard.

I like it just a way to enjoy white snow i don't see so much difference in between Snowboarding and Hangboarding of course is just the beginning like the first snowboarders i have seen on sky-fields they were so ridicolous,
then is became popular and mass oriented and now may be there are more snowboarders than skiers give to hanglers time....

I know this sounds like a joke…but this would be PERFECT for the Active Paraplegic sports buff. I've never "hang boarded" so I dont know exactly HOW much your torquing the board with your lower body. Im just trying to look for silver linings…thats all.
