Very good teaching for salvation from suffering. This leads to the heart of things, to the heart of the matter, to the letting go. The deepest level of the heart of the practice seems to be similar in all of the religions. But I'm just a talker, not a practitioner.

@Neso1991 Sorry you feel that way, and let me tell you Orthodoxy has the most in common with original Christianity than we Roman Catholics do. However, I've tried exploring Orthodoxy but found the Orthodox Church to not be as 'united' as they think they are. The Russians, Serbs, Greeks etc all have their national churches. With Catholicism it's a step away from race, nationalism and politics. With Orthodoxy it seems that it's another extension of the state. I do pray for unity one day brother!

@felixtimbers i believe that the front temptations are temptations that are the ones we look forward too. perhaps they are the sins that we enjoy doing and look forward to participating in this sin, such as drinking alcohol or doing lustful acts. i also think that front temptation are the kind where we are willing to sacrifice our beliefs to fit in with the world.we are the children of God, but we change ourselves to be servants of sin.

Sorry, but you have no clue what Catholicism is...my grandma witnessed it when they threw her parents in the fire, killing all Orthodox Serbs in Croatia during WWII in the name of God, supported by the Vatican. Not to mention the countless Popes in Croatia (Catholic) who in the name of God murdered little children for the Nazis in puppet state of Croatia. Disgraceful. I can tell you countless stories what and who these Catholic popes are. They are butchers and pedophiles. Here in Canada there is Catholic schools instead of Public....further dividing itself like a Political movement.

I think your mistaken. Studying both Catholic and Orthodox Christianity and being an Orthodox myself...I can tell you Catholicism is the farthest thing from Christianity. Catholicism is politics and military, nothing more...it has no true faith and it never did. The Pope in Rome believes he is God on Earth and it is a shame to Christianity. A Pope is not a Saint. The Catholic Church is pure evil in my opinion. Orthodox and Coptic is the only true apostolic Christian Church's.
