Как можно так оскорблять и обвинять человека с уверенностью, ведь мы же не знаем всей правды. МХ защищает свои гражданские правы и каждый имеет право на защиту. Такое может произойти с каждым, ведь жизнь - это колесо. Я отношусь с уважением к МХ за его оптимизм, за то, что он не опускает руки и пытается добиться справедливости. Я считаю, что он вполне достаточно отсидел. Да и вообще, ни к чему хорошему тюрьма не приводит, это касается осужденных за эконом. преступление. Удачи Вам, Михаил!!!

"being stolen before the eyes of the world"
the company was 'stolen' from the russian government in the 1990s. there are greater human rights issues than some rich theif getting what's coming to him. where is the focus on the massive rights violations on the poor? $ is behind everything

This is all nonsense. Chodorkovsky is a great thief and financial swindler. He deserves his sentence. Meanwhile in the USA the responsible for the current crisis have not yet been punished. There is no justice in the West.
