With constantly being inundated by reports telling people that the economy is going to get worse, what can most Americans do? Michael T. The only reason other workers in the world are willing to work for one 10th of the amount an American is paid is because America suffers from the overhead of a gigantic US government. High taxes and high regulation raise living expenses. The reason other workers are willing to work for so little is because their living expensive are so low, they can get by with a much lower wage. The US need a much smaller government, like the founding fathers envisioned, so that they can be competitive again.

One day you fire your family members for slaves from the other side of the globe to have more profit only for yourself.
