This was taken at CrossFit Virtuosity/Brooklyn Barbell Club in Brooklyn NY during the CrossFit Level 1 Cert. Here we are doing 21 - 15 - 9 reps of Thrusters and pull-ups, a thoroughly brutal workout. The prescribed weights for men are 95lb and women 75lb, although many scaled the weights according to ability. I performed the workout as prescribed and completed it in 6:29.
