This film focuses on the plight of farmers living close to the Bannerghatta National Park whose crops are often raided by Asian Elephants (Elephas maximus). Learn how A Rocha India has tested a deterrent that is based on an elephant's sense of smell.

  • Very smart using non fatal ways to try to co-exist. Another amazing project is "Bees For Babar." Videos are here on YouTube. Elephants trip wires and the bees attack. The honey is also a source of income!! I love elephants but people who need the crops to live must come first if the elephants are to live in the wild. Goodwill must exist.
