part 1 of 3. To help the young ones properlly train to get 'big'. There is a lot of misconception regarding how to train for someone that is looking to get bigger. Every bodybuilder just about trains in the same fashion during the off season. Their main goal is to add ass much lean mass as possible.

This video goes over the truth in how to get as big as you possibly can, and gives you the basic guidelines you will need to follow.

  • those women body builders have so much testosterone flowing through their veins, that in my opinion, they're no longer women. Not a woman anymore, not quite a man, but some kind of grotesque hybrid gender. Its disgusting.

    This is actually true. The clit on a female grows bigger. I have seen pr0ns with female bodybuilders and the all have MASSIVE clits.

    No most of them say 2x a week, heavy 1x. So do say 3-4 sets of 6-8 reps heavy during the beginning, then like 4 sets of 10-12 durign the latter part of the week. Upper lower upper lower arms 5 day a week program. There is other portions to the dvd, like making a split....but I didn't know if anyone wanted to see that.

    Who really wants to wake up every morning, at 280 lbs and live life lol. Can you imagine the things they cant even do because of how big some of them are. Even at contest the average pro bodybuilder is like 250 lbs ripped. That is not something most people strive for.
