In this video, I teach you how to turn an empty soda bottle into a surprising little flying toy that can be thrown very long distances. My friends and I are new at throwing it these, but I hear that people have thrown similar contraptions as far as two football fields! Buy yourself some soda and try it out!

Thanks Ben Lichtner and James Austin for letting me tape their throwing skills!

  • Is that brown you are at?

  • @nananabatcan Yeah, that's the main green where my juggling club meets!

  • Holy shit! I found this video on a whim, and I know Benny, the underhand throw demonstrator... hehe

  • @paintballa316 No way! How do you know him? He worked in my lab last summer and is one of the other presidents of our juggling club!

  • just a question, do you have to rehearse or write these tutorials much? they are well thought out and your language is accurate and concise, which isn't easy!

  • @Draitube Thanks, that's great to hear! I tend to plan out my path of explanation when there's a concept to communicate, but my specific language is ad-libbed. I try my best to remove obvious statements or digressions during editing to make for a tighter video.
