Sea World opened their newest water park in Orlando this weekend.

Aquatica became the first new theme park to open in Central Florida in eight years.

Guests can expect to see Commerson's dolphins from South America while they ride water slides.

"I like how there's a lot of new rides and that dolphin plunge you go under water and see the dolphins," Aquatica visitor Darien Peter said.

People visited the park on opening day to see what makes Aquatica different from other area parks.

"We wanted to make it different," general manager Dan Brown said. "There's a double wave pool, there's many slides, but we also wanted it to be exciting but we also wanted it to be relaxing."
