Nov 1, 2010 Eight point in the "Nosebleed Stand" (The How High Video)

My dad once told me that one of the best ways to hunt was to hunt as high as possible and he used the Hawk as an example. A Hawk will find a high limb overlooking a large area and wait. The world below passes with by with no knowledge of his presence. I push the limits a little in this tree, but it is worth it. I've never been busted by a deer in this tree, REGARDLESS of wind direction.

I have tried to get a equalizer tree stand...but they never answer the phone..i really want one....I live in T.R. by the way...great videos...S.C. mtn. hunting is tuff for sure.

@cobrakillz Not sure where to get an Equalizer, other than their site and it isn't working right now. I got mine through my cousin who ordered it through his store. He had a contractor supply store and dabbled in sporting goods for awhile, but I don't think he carries much hunting stuff anymore. I'll keep my eyes open and let you know if I see any.

Nice deer on your vids, especially the 11 point one with lots of deer footage. I hunt near Campobello and hunt private land and agree that 9 deer is a lot to see at once but have seen 8 at once here. rare! 2 to 5 normally. a couple of my freinds hunt the hogback/glassy mgmt area and have killed big bucks. Looking forward to seeing new vids for 2011 season. Full moon this week!!!!!
