  • worst guard break I've ever seen

  • "He's not showing it at full speed." You can't do this at full speed if someone has a tight guard on you. I get 90% of my triangles when someone uses one of their arms/elbows to break open my legs. I would use this so they can unlock their legs for me for the triangle and I'll just pass to side mount.

  • Vai tomar triangulo, pra faixa branca acho q serve.

  • this only works in bjj when you have the gi to grab. get submitted quick by triangle trying this in mma or submission wrestling

  • see, all you kids thinking you can get triangled easily, the thing is, he's not showing it at 100%, meaning, if he went full speed, he'd get it out in a second or so, leaving no time for any kind of submissions to be done on him, and when you're leaning in with your head on his chest you'd do it almost instantaneously, leaving your opponent clueless, keep in mind this is BJJ, not MMA.

  • Guess the Gracies have it all wrong too, as this pass in all their books.

  • Well, it's a move for sport jiu jitsu. Hence, the gi. So no not really, as you are not allowed to strike in sport jiu jitsu. This would not be a move for MMA obviously...

  • i don't like this one. it'd be way to easy for someone to throw a triangle at you. and if htey didn't get that you're still open for an armbar.

  • Doesn't this move open your head and face for shots?
