  • It wont move if the tie rod is broke!

  • My 07' LBZ put down a modest 451 RWHP, which is well over 500 HP at the crank with these 3 simple things:

    -Modded Stock airbox

    -Exhaust

-PPE Standard tuner on LEVEL 4(+225hp)

*Now on the other hand, guys are putting well over 500RWHP down with the same 3 mods on a 6.4 TT, using a 310hp tune. A stock Allison behind a Dmax won't hold anything bigger than a Level 4 PPE tune without being beefed up, even though the motor will hold more.

  • @84587983 I would say a moped is the best " Hot Rod " out there if i got endorsments from them. lol

  • @v8rangerboy Negative.

  • @v8rangerboy what's rated higher on paper?

  • if you aint strokin you must be jokin!

  • @v8rangerboy ACTUALLY the 6.4 is a majorly different engine yes shares same basic design as the 6.0 but hey the 7.3 share the same design as well and the 6.4 uses a bed plate instead of bearing mains and the head bolts are almost twice the size, it uses a thicker block and heads PLUS the 6.4 has no HPOP system to fail HPOP was one of the 6.0's biggest downfalls so that being said the only "PROBLEM" the 6.4 has is DPF and EGR which can be deleted so get your facts straight before you comment

  • @84587983 6.4's just a slightly reworked 6.0. We see basically every problem the 6.0 had with the 6.4's, and then some. So, pick your poison.

  • @champkind88 So what you're saying is... It will last longer because it's rated higher on paper? Lol. I also don't see GM (or Dodge) releasing TSB's re: short block overhaul/replacement due to "catastrophic bottom end failure" at ~100-130k either. Just sayin'.

    So, Duramax lovers, keep lovin'.

  • Well ya don't see that everyday

  • bye bye chevy boyz

  • @shittybill93 It's all in the tuning and driving style. If he drives like a nut case.. then that's probably the reason lol
