I did what was instructed and now it is asking me for a disk.

Hey I'm having a bit of trouble. New Mac user. Got the 7.0 gb folder with like 74 air-reason5 files in it. I didn't see a a disk image on the desktop. All I have is that folder with the files in it. Any help would be appreciated. I opened up disk utility but don't know what to mount.
