JoJo Mayer performing with a backing track of his band, Nerve, at a DrumClinic in Newcastle on 3rd September 2008

Must also apologise for the camera moving about, I had to hold it in my hand the whole time and arm was getting tired so that's why the camera might start to move about a lot

  • I agree and also think he just very musical and makes musically smart choices, he's not just a drummer he's a musician!

  • agreed!! i think that since he has such a good feel he doesnt need to use his chops that much, and then when you think he can possibly get better he whips out these crazy fast licks....just simply amazing

  • This guy commands tremendous respect!

  • if there was a black belt in drumming, JoJo would so have that.

  • Hands? I think so.

  • Man, he is leanin hard but sweetly on that snare@2:25 on . . . serious player.

  • i watched him last mounth in a clinic and i was rly impressed how easy is for him to play so many difficult things so fast and with so much precision

he's rly an inspiration for everyone who play the drum...at least for me he is :D
