A VERY detailed tutorial on how to do a cool move called the dive roll. Used in parkour, martial arts, and james bond movies, these are basically a dive to the ground, followed by a roll. Dude the way ur diving u could kill youself if ur in concrete...You have to tuck yourself in so that u can decrease the impact on ur back

dude u need to make it smoother ur gonna break ur heels. Im a Traceur myself and ur heels are smacking on the ground. bring them in a bit. oh yeah btw lift more my friend does the same thing and he hits is heels, if you want to get a beautifully done diveroll you need to lift up a bit, cause it give you enough lift to flip and rotate to exicute the more perfectly. i do mine higher and i dont hit my feet. and last thing, try diving over an object to give you more sence of how high you have to go
