Actually Obama and Biden are for granting equal rights to same-sex couples. The only thing they are against is calling it marriage.

People who voted Yes on 8 did not associate this with a civil rights issue BECAUSE IT ISN'T ONE. Comparing something as petty as gay marriage with an actual civil rights issue such as the one blacks dealt with is quite offensive.

Homosexuality is a behavior status, and does not legally qualify as a minority. I am sick of people comparing homosexuality to race, because they are not the same.
