Anyway as most of you know Jango Fett died recently in battle. Jango was a noble leader a cunning warrior and a loving father he will be sorly missed this vid is in his memoery.

@slicktyler Though no one in recorded history had ever escaped from the Sarlacc, Fett was able to escape, although not entirely unscathed. Thanks to his iron will and Mandalorian armor, he was able to fight his way out of the beast's belly, killing the Sarlacc. Back in action, he continued his work as a bounty hunter.

@WafflesHouse813 the newest canon system also started in the mid 2000s when they finished with the Prequels so that has made a lot of the EU stuff non canon. What they need to do is relaunch the entire EU and start those stories over again so it can become one continuous story with out all the contradictions.

@WafflesHouse813 he does but that whole story line also isn't really canon. George Lucas even said ". And now there have been novels about the events after Episode VI, which isn't at all what I would have done with it. The Star Wars story is really the tragedy of Darth Vader. That is the story. Once Vader dies, he doesn't come back to life, the Emperor doesn't get cloned and Luke doesn't get married..."

so according to Lucas everything after RotJ isn't canon.

@slicktyler You seem to have a better grasp on how the extended canon works than I do, and I appreciate your response, but doesn't Boba later go on to lead or assist some Mandalorians versus the Yuuzhan Vong? I'm fairly certain they were introduced in the late 1990s.

@TheUltimategamer450 Jango went toe to toe with Obi Wan and killed another Jedi in the Arena. Boba Fett was killed by a blind Han Solo.

@KnightShadow813 Nope Tales of the Bounty Hunter came out BEFORE the new canon system. The New Canon system states that anything in the movies, books, scripts and what George Lucas says is the official word on how it happend. So if anything goes against that it's not canon.

George Lucas says he is dead, the script says he dies and you see him die in the movies.

Boba Fett is dead. the books and comics that say he is alive are "WHAT IF" stories and not canon.

The reason Jango Fett was created was to make up for Boba Fetts death in ROTJ.
