@Epic410 Yeah, I live about 4 blocks from it. Lots of Italian Restaurants... Not a historically Italian neighborhood. Not many Italians there.

You're wrong, the toll is the tunnel toll, look at the price, $2. The bay bridge is $2.50 and has been for a while. Furthermore, the Bay Bridge does not originate in Annapolis, it originates in Sandy Point State Park, northeast of Annapolis.
