When terrorist attacks and wargames coincide

On more than one occasion there have been war games or military exercises regarding terrorist attacks that coincide in time, location and methods with actual terrorist attacks that have taken place.

4. US undercover operatives involved in an attack on a barracks in Belgium, later claimed to have been a canceled exercises. Weapons stolen on that occasion were found at a militant communist group (from "Gladio", BBC).

from BBC docu: McVeigh and Nichols were in a government-infiltrated anti-government rightwing militant movement. Some FBI informants actually gave McVeigh and Nichols help with the explosives and changed their targeting. After the bombing, the informants' existence was covered up by the FBI.

I think this issue is the most important factor in both the 9/11 and 7/11 bombings. Whether you believe in conspiracies or grand cock-ups, these "exercises" are central to both.

In fact I'm so certain that this is where the real answer lies that I'm increasingly starting to think that the troofers' obsessions with "controlled demolitions" etc are disinformation to throw people off the scent.
