Rise Today - Acoustic Alter Bridge Cover

Here's my first adventure into learning some Alter Bridge tunes. The 1st single from their Blackbird album, Rise Today is a fairly straightforward song... thus, easy enough for me to learn the gist of it ;-)

As usual, the song isn't perfect, it's be a bit abridged, and, since I didn't have the original song around me when learning it, I'm sure that some of the sections are either played too long, too short, or not quite right (as is most likely the case with the bridge). Finally, I've overdubbed a few improv bits during a couple parts of the song.

Anywho, I enjoyed playing it. Hope you enjoy listening/watching it!

p.s. Sorry for the strange lighting. The darn sun wouldn't play nicely ;-)

As for your question, I didn't bring him/her in because, well, there wasn't anyone else. As pointed out in the description, the 2nd guitar was simply me overdubbing some more guitar parts ;-)
