OMG! TOM you are the man. This came just in time for me. I am heading in in less then two weeks and I just made a date with the dietitian because the supplements were starting to make my brain spin. It will be great to go in packing info. I know I want to take everything I need to take so thank you. PS I love the word "Behoove" LOL thanks for using it.
