thanks ahmad this helped is just that i go to school ok i kno when to eat but when should i do the cardio because i dont get home from school on an empty stomach should i workout first then eat mid day dinner or eat first then workout with cardio.??? thanks.

I think for now, workout when you can... then when you have time try to do the workouts in the morning to start off your day...shower then put in a light breakfast...

Hi Ahmad, One question
I understand that i should wait 1 hour after working out to start eating but when am i supposed to start my cardio. Like morning, afternoon, evening? to get the best results.

well if time is not an issue, I would suggest getting your cardio done upon waking. Then shower , and plan your day...and as you are leaving the house have your protein smoothie or protein rich breakfast...ok?
