@GilaTomster Fair speculation, but do your research. "Real" and "patentable (aka profitable)" are very different, and marijuana is illegal largely because it is not effectively patentable as a pharmaceutical drug. Marijuana is not addictive as a substance, alcohol is. Marijuana kills 0 people a year, whereas alcohol kills over 200,000 (in the USA alone). Therefore, your argument is fair but is obviously based on a lack of education because you have compared weed to beer...
