my first fourteener, part 2
The Diamond is the shear east face of Longs peak. It is a 1600 foot climb (if you include the North Chimney approach 5.5) that starts at 12600 feet and tops out at over 14200 feet. Longs Peak is located in Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado.
