In the friendly match against the U.S. Men on Nov. 14, 2012 in Krasnodar, Russia, Roman Shirokov put away Russia's 2nd goal following a yellow card in the box given to Clarence Goodson which resulted in a successful Russia Penalty Kick. This put the score at 2-1 in favor of Russia.

Soft foul, man fell down easily, but Clarence Goodson made a challenge and got 0 ball and 100% Russian. That's a penalty folks. And I'm a USA fan. Can't blame the ref for awarding a pk based on the challenge. And Tim didn't have control of the ball until after the man fell down. At least we got the draw. I still dislike the goal.

How about you watch Chandler's "Foul" on the Russian that lead to this deadball that was quickly taken that caught the USA offguard??? Sorry but in no world was that a foul. Chandler won that ball cleanly. Ref was inconsistent when not buying the numerous dives by the Europeans. He booked that one guy earlier for a blatant flop but missed one before the penalty that lead straight to the penalty.

How bout they show the foul that lead to this pk? Cuz that definitely was not a foul. Chandler won that ball cleanly. Awful refereeing. USA should have won. Both of Russia's goals were crap.
