Entirely coloured using the smooth iteration value as pseudo ambient occlusion, solid based entirely on distance estimation.
This is primarily to show that the colouring from smooth iteration can be made consistent for renders in the above format under changes to the DE solid threshold by simply adding a scaled value of the DE solid threshold to the smooth iteration value. In fact it turns out that the required scale (approx. 0.521) seems to be a universal constant, independant of the fractal formula used (so far anyway).
