Spikes Timetable project for East Midlands Trains had a tight deadline, which meant all photos had to be done in one day.

All pictures were to feature staff and public travelling on the EMT network, and a super-tight schedule stretching from 7am until 10.30pm was compiled to allow Spike to get pictures at different stations and still catch connecting trains. For instance, the Lincoln Station shoot had to be completed in just eight minutes!

So Spike found himself taking pictures whilst the trains were on their journey. Not an easy task, photographing often-reluctant subjects at 125mph

Through Spikes skill and expertise, EMTs Marketing department were so highly delighted with the slideshow of pictures taken on the day that they used it for their management conference at Nottinghams Albert Hall.

An enraptured management were spotted glued to the huge presentation screen on the day of the conference, all in agreement that the pictures were truly First Class.
