  • Carmen scares me...

  • @CartoonAddict2 You've obviously never had a cat.

  • yea but even with the glue you use with it which is like superglue so its strong, my cat still pulls them off within 2 hours and he will sit there and keep at it till they come off, even after the curing period he still does.

  • @negarg1998 Trimming is really easy o.O You just clip off the tips. My cats are utter spazzes and even they allow it - you just need patience.

  • @CartoonAddict2 No, it doesn't stop them from growing... That's why you have to replace the caps every so often...

  • This is an excellent and healthy way to deal with the scratching issue, unlike declawing!

  • Can the same caps be reapplied after they fall off?

  • Putting plastic caps on your cat's claws doesn't prevent them from growing. Cats scratch things to trim and sharpen their claws. Get a friggin' scratching post for crying out loud!

  • @TheCoD456Gamer Same here. And my cats have never, ever had any problems :)

  • @ChocolateSodaFizz Or you could just stop being lazy and trim their claws and train them to use a scratching post, instead of putting them through an unnecessary surgery that doesn't benefit them in the slightest (unlike fixing, which does benefit them)

There's a reason the UK banned declawing
