2008 Duramax GMC 3500 Silverline Dual Exhaust

This is the hissing sound you'll hear from the VVT vanes after installing an aftermarket turbo back exhaust. Midway through the video you can hear I fixed the hissing using EFILive.

@DMAXZ71 get a straight threw muffler it gets rid of the turbo whistle when its idleing around but its still loud as fuck when you get on it.

I have a 08 silverado 3500 and am wanting to do basically the same thing and am new to the whole efi live setup....if you dont mind which efi live setup do you have and how hard was it to tune...SOUNDS GREAT MAN

on the 09 3500, the duramax put out more horsepower and torque than the cummins. great sounding truck, and gmc all the way
